Pros

This company had a base pay of 15 per hour.

Cons

Horrible place with unreasonable hours, CEO constantly trauma dumping, and terrible training alongside a constant changing business plan.

We don’t have a base pay of $15 an hour. Everyone is paid salaries and working 32 hours a week with a 4 day workweek and an unlimited PTO. We have had lots of diversity over the years so I’m sorry you had a negative experience. We always wish the best for those that weren’t a fit here.

Pros

Management is flexible, patient, trusting, caring and transparent. I've learned SO much about life in general (and myself) and how to "adult" by working here. Everyday is different, which keeps things interesting. They also love to hire within, so there's growth opportunities within the company. This job is great for task oriented and growth minded people. I love coming into work and getting to take care of things for clients. Personal assistant teams now, so not out working by yourself as much. But can also do your own thing and listen to podcasts/music too at times. They have company cars now and when you are finished for the day, you're done; this means you could end as early as 2pm sometimes. No later than 5pm. And it's salary based pay after 30 days, I believe. Co-workers are kind and super helpful. I know I've made a few life long friends there.

Cons

It can be stressful at times, but what job isn't? Also, if you aren't a fan of running errands, laundry, home projects, grocery shopping, etc. this job isn't for you.

Pros

They used to give access to the company car.

Cons

Shady business stealing from clients. A client would pay for 5 hours and management would get angry if you gave them even half of what they paid for. It’s clear they didn’t respect their workers or their customers.
