Thank you for your review. I appreciate your feedback around your experience within the role and it is this kind of feedback has helped us to innovate and reshape many of the ways in which we do things across the Group. I appreciate that you will not experience the benefit of these as an ex employee, but we have introduced a number of approaches, processes and strategies to drive our ways of working from both a commercial and quality perspective. All of which look to enhance the experience of our people, our leaners and our employer partners. As an indication of the impact of these, our last employee survey came out at 84% and we achieved our Ofsted Grade 2 in 2024 indicating our commitment to the quality of our provision.
