      The people you work with are great. Also you get to work with kids. During the fall, you are very busy!

      Cons

      Very seasonal. Don't work summers or part of winter. You don't get benefits or sick days and there is lots of wear and tear on your car.

      Waking up early, traveling long distances. corporate is expecting more work from us in the same amount of time without a rise in pay.
