Pros

Meet different people. Different location/school every day.

Cons

Management, personality cliques, low pay. Need to know basis. Worry about bottom line and not the employee. Release schedule on Friday for the following week !! Dictated holidays. Wear and tear on vehicle. Lifetouch Canada is run by Corporate America parent company, (Now owned by Shutterfly)....has no idea of individual territory, just bottom line

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
