Seasonal work, allowing you the employee built in vacation time. The ability to move around and train in different areas of people photography. Portraits and sports photography. Best advice to employees, keep on the positive side and you will be worked and get hours. Near the end of the season you may not get many hours, Some work is better than no work right? Get off your BUT"S and work Hard Go beyond the call of duty and shine. Eventually you will be rewarded for it. Your hard work will show.
Cons
Long hours. Either early morning having to get up 3 to 5 am to be at the job by 7-8 am. some times on retake days you are there less time then it took for your drive time one way, because of where you live and the location of the school. Poor planing on the schedulers in my opinion. The logic in assign jobs to employees does not make sense to me. I've seen schedules where a school less than 30 minutes from where I live is photographed by some one in Marietta and I am at a school clear across town in Marietta or Atlanta. Show me the Logic!!! If the reasoning is different sales reps out of different offices, yet both offices cross lines and one office is the state central office then where is the communication between the two??? Develop a better plane for assigning jobs.
