Pros

The chance to pick up new skills.

Cons

I was trained for 1 week. I had 0 former training. They put thousands of dollars of equipment in my hands then let me loose. I was hired for my home area yet they sent me 2-4 hours away. The office often would not call back if I had a snag or question. My immediate lead never got me my email account set up or send my pay check stubs to me. When I finally started to get my bearings they laid me off. I worked very hard 12 hour days and was getting compliments form schools I was in. But, they used me up and let me go. Now, they are late sending me my w-2's.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
