Pros

If i had any.... they are gone now.

Cons

they work you to death, good luck ever getting a break regardless if you work schools or the studio you can work 12+ hours and never have time to even use the restroom, constantly break labor laws. Customers even complain that the time given per appointment is not enough time to do anything.

Pros

This was a great place to work. Really lovely people. Very much felt like a team. Management was accessible and everyone was willing to answer questions.

Cons

None. Except the internet was always going out.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
