Pros

Knowing that you are creating a moment in time for your customers that the will forever cherish. Overtime, you are able to establish relationships with families & watch their children grow.

Cons

Too much to name.....basically at the end of the day you get zero respect from District and Regional Managers & home office. They are completely out of touch with the day to day stress that Studio Managers have to endure . We are the front lines and it always seems that you can never do enough. The most disappointing part is one year you can achieve your budgets & feel that your job is safe (forget bonuses they make it next to impossible to get) & then the next year you set yourself up to struggle and your job is constantly being threatened. It is a never ending cycle.

Pros

Coworkers were always friendly and great to work with. Insurance was great.

Cons

Literally everything else. Company makes major changes every few months, firing managers across the country without replacements. Did not fire a sales rep who was committing felony fraud but fired small employees with false information. Company is 90 years old but refuses to make basic improvements. Nowhere to move up and bonus is rigged.
