Pros

JCP Discount I legitimately cannot think of one other pro other than the discount

Cons

Zero work/life balance Advertised as working for Shutterfly but realistically it's Lifetouch then JCP Portraits Managers in place that have zero leadership or managerial qualities Drama Had I have known that I was not interviewing for Shutterfly but literally the JCPenney Portraits division of the Lifetouch division of Shutterfly I would have never come here. This was by far the worst job I have ever had and that includes the restaurant business when I was a teenager. Furthermore, the "managers" in these stores were the worst people I have ever encountered in my life. I wouldn't hire them to work in a McDonalds.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
