Pros

Great people to work with across the company teams.

Cons

Failing company has restructured every year. This Last restructure doesn't look like Lifetouch can come out of the downward spiral its been in the past few years. Customer service surveys were on the up tik. Now, it will suffer with higher workloads and less people to do the work less time to focus on serving the customer.The Employee morale for those who remain hit bottom.

The culture at Lifetouch is truly unbeatable. The company and it's employees are very passionate about what we do as a whole. Good work/life balance.

I do feel as though we could look at more ways for people to grow in their career here at Lifetouch.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
