Pros

I really enjoyed working with my co-workers. Very nice people who join. As well, the job is fairly straight forward.

Cons

Too much labour for what it is, It's terrible as a photographer, you can't do anything regarding about people's complaints. It's all thrown at you and you feel terrible because you can't do anything to help. The company doesn't seem to understand how to run things more organized and it becomes unfair to employees. Schedules are not planned in advanced or handed out fairly. I could be notified about a shift 10-15 hours before. Promised and was told that we'd be doing Full Time Hours. In 2 weeks would not even receive close to 40. As well, would have to travel super far sometimes; yes, we did agree that we would have to travel. However, they hire based on the area you cover. There would be a lot of people for each one, so it didn't make sense why some of us had to go entirely the opposite direction or over 50km.

Pros

The culture at Lifetouch is truly unbeatable. The company and it's employees are very passionate about what we do as a whole. Good work/life balance.

Cons

I do feel as though we could look at more ways for people to grow in their career here at Lifetouch.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
