Pros

*Usually you're done by around noon, we have about six hour days. *Paid drive time. *Gas card to pay for work milage.

Cons

*If you aren't a fan of early days then this may be a con but usually you'll be at work by around six or seven. *Possibly putting a lot of miles on your car as sometime you'll have to drive an hour to the location for the day. *Lugging around a lot of equipment.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
