+ not guaranteed shifts if bank + I don’t believe the equipment training was adequate. A classroom setting is not the same as a real life setting. + you could get moved to a house you’re unfamiliar with if they’re short staffed - meaning if you don’t have the adequate training you may struggle + difficult to form a good relationship with some of the more long term staff members
