Pros

1- Ligadata follows a very transparent culture. Personally, My boss tells me things on my face ( Good or Bad). Well, as humans you do not like to hear bad things :) . But it is good for self-growth. 2- Ligadata gives you exposure to work as long as you have the required skills , potential and right attitude to execute things. They do not limit your expertise with a number of years of experience in corporate. That is something I love the most. 3- We all work remotely, we have been working this way even before the pandemic. But there is a sense of responsibility everyone has which makes Ligadata unique from other corporations . 4- I work with a team who I have never seen, but I feel more connected with them compared to the people I was sitting beside and working with in the office every day. 5- If you want to make a difference, you can. You will be supported on each stage. In LIGADATA escalation really works if you escalate to the right people. You do not feel like putting in many hours but no outcome.

Cons

For now I will say work life balance.

The only good thing in this company is the high monthly salary.

Cons

I feel compelled to write this review to warn any talented professionals considering a role at Ligadata. My experience was, without exaggeration, one of the most unprofessional and demoralizing of my career. As an SME, I entered with enthusiasm, but that was quickly crushed. There is no clear job description; the motto seems to be "you can work on anything!" which is just a corporate way of saying constant chaos and scope creep. This leads directly to a complete lack of work-life balance, as you're constantly pulled in every direction to put out fires. A significant source of this stress was the Delivery Managers. They routinely stressed the employees and made us feel our work was insignificant, constantly micromanaging and dismissing challenges. The hypocrisy was stunning: these same managers would then brag about how the delivery was a success in front of management and clients, taking full credit for the team's hard work while offering no recognition to the actual individuals who made it happen. The most egregious part, and the reason for this review, is how my employment ended. Without any prior warning, discussion, or performance review (I was actually a high achiever on my projects), my contract was terminated in one day. I was simply logged out and received a cold email from HR. There was no respect shown, no explanation given, and no compensation offered. It was a heartless, blink-and-you're-gone execution. This experience showed me that the management does not respect the staff at all. High-performing employees are just as disposable as anyone else. The culture is toxic, with everyone playing the blame game to avoid responsibility. It's a sinking ship where no one is safe. Please, save yourself the immense stress and professional disrespect. Look elsewhere. There are far better companies that value their employees.
