Pros
Friendly peers and a nice office environment. Maybe some career opportunities are possible given so many people are leaving the company.
Cons
Pretty much everything else. Managers treat people like dirt, bossing them to hit deadline after deadline, lack of resources, low pay, long hours, and a lot of design debt which teams are not given the time to fix. Because of all this, there has been a significant employee turnover, especially during the past year. Culture-wise, I'd say this company is rock-bottom.
