Pros
I mostly really enjoy working with colleagues. The work culture was always very flexible, and I’m my opinion it’s only be one better since we began working from home. Occasionally we go to the office, but there’s not a major push to force anyone to return full time. So it’s more results driven rather than micro managing.
Cons
The run of the milk executive promises to stock holders that the people end up having to pick up. Typical Of most large companies. But even so, current exec staff is a million times better than Kevin and whatever that circus was.
