Pros

If you get hired, it's a job and you get paid.

Cons

The leadership group talks about integrity, but it is non-existent in practice. This company sucks the life out of it's employees, demanding to complete the work of multiple people, because they don't want to spend money on the appropriate staffing levels. Performance reviews are a joke, establishing goals for the year by June and then expecting people to complete their goals with little to no resources. No continuity from a management level, people come and go from this company at a higher rate than "normal" companies.

Pros

Lots of work. Good people and decent company. Old Reno building, very lackluster, not much of cohesiveness and it was like people were still more remote, than in the office. Decent managers and co-workers.

Cons

Seemed like hundreds of constant gaming license apps and renewals all the time. I wasn't really getting the training on the installs and upgrades, bit of a learning curve.
