If you are joining the Privacy Ops pod with the berlin-based lead. Run. It's a toxic pit, you'll get over worked, verbally abused. The lead is unfit to be an employee let alone leading a team. Almost everyone who works under this lead has his one foot out of the company either way. I've worked with "intense" leaders in the past. But this is different, this is bullying and abusive behavior amplified.
