      Pros

      Tremendous disruptive product that has been without a consumer home for ~ 20 years

      Cons

      - Oppressive and narcissistic management - Vertical management structure with a single point of decision - 20 year start up with same President CEO that never trusted the intelligent people in the staff that could have produced a benchmark next-gen networking solution

      Pros

      Cutting edge technology, small work groups, accepting of new ideas, competent technical staff. Great place to work if you don't mind the risk of not getting paid on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Some financial problems that were addressed by withholding pay for a period of months. This dependence on the the employees as reluctant investors showed a creative way to keep the company moving forward without resorting to layoffs.

      Pros

      Nice people and interesting tech.

      Cons

      Management lied about promising to pay me. They still owe me 10K for months of work. I did not want to hurt the people that still work there so I did not join the lawsuit.
