I joined the team a little over 2 years ago. I took a chance and it was the best decision I could have made. I have been allowed to flourish with as much or little autonomy as desired. I have demonstrated hard work and dedication and have been rewarded and treated as a trusted partner and expert in my area. Our leaders are top notch and GENUINELY care about us. I have said it continuously, I am on the right team working for the right company, and doing what I love. I have found my home!
Cons
There is a lot of work, and some days feel endless. The gratitude from the team and leaders make it all worth it.
