Pros
With growth comes change. Lighthouse has gone through a few changes in my time here and each change has brought a more exciting future, direction and challenge. I am very excited about this last change and working with the new management. I see great things ahead and am looking forward to the future for Lighthouse under Ron and the team supporting him.
Cons
I would love to see the Company continue in the direction and helping to simplify and standardize. As we have grown we have had some disjointed processes and systems. I am excited to see that we are now focusing on bringing consistency to these areas. It will help with reducing manual and double work.
