- micromanagement: on a high-side, often being having to feel doubtful of your own work skills at the start
- expectation based on work skills: make sure to be prepared to be reverted in a sarcastic manner, expected to be readily able to "fly" as soon as you step foot into the company
- career progression: most managers have been there for more than a decade, so if you're considering to climb the ladder, you may wish to reconsider - it's possible but it would take more effort to do so.
- administration: still as old school. Submission of claims are still by paper, chop, sign (approval) method.
