Pros
Lightmaker has great employees. People not only enjoy working with each other, they also socialize and become friends outside of work. From the most entry-level person to the CEO, people are there for the right reasons. The CEO's passion and strong business ethics show through in the client interactions and the inner workings of the company. You do not see that in many companies today. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and to define the position you want. You have to work hard and challenge yourself, but if you do, you have the ability to move up in position. Over the last few years Lightmaker has had steady growth. The clients and projects have become higher-profile and more sophisticated. It makes for exciting projects.
Cons
As the company continues to grow, it will need a larger office space. This will help to allow for people to work in the atmosphere they desire (communal, individual spaces, etc) and will allow for more collaboration. The work can be demanding, but if you are up for learning and want to produce high-quality results, you have the opportunity.
