Incredibly stressful work
Policies and procedures are changed so frequently that you're bound to not know, make a mistake, and get told off for making those mistakes
You are micromanaged to the brim. Everything you do is questioned, and there is no trust at all. Even when you do great work, it's not acknowledged anyway so you're left wondering why you bother going above and beyond
Turnover rate is high. Not a lot of people make it out or they don't last long in the role once the stress gets to them
The more important the customer is to the company, the more tension to bend the knee to them otherwise management will not take kindly to not doing so
No job security at all. It's a known fact in the company that you can walk into work one day to find that you've been made redundant and you're out of a job while senior leadership will not tell the whole truth about the situation we find ourselves in
Relentless cycles of more workloads added to the already high pile
No progression in the company. The company is very selective in their promotion cycles.
