Promotions here seem to be based more on visibility than on technical ability. There’s little attention given to individual contributors, compensation, or role clarity, and the criteria for advancement often feel inconsistent and unfair.

Flexible hours, unlimited PTO, in a position to really grow after a few really rough years.
Cons
Too many "yes" people near the top. VPs and directors want certain things done that they assume it will get done even if you show them hard evidence that it's not possible. If you give them a time line, they assume you can do it In half the time which is not how I work.
Also there is a lot of " the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing"
