-Unreal quota targets - everyone is missing
-If you're missing, they gaslight you into saying you are not working hard enough, managing your time effectively.
-Focused on vanity metrics instead of revenue generating activities
-Expectation that you pay out of pocket to be able to hit your targets (hospitality vertical is expected to dine at the restaurants they are prospecting, but expense account is not enough to cover the massive quota, so AEs are expected to make up the difference out of pocket - they will never officially admit to this though)
-micromanaged like CRAZY
-would never recommend anyone to work here in my role
