      Pros

      Pay and benefits decent, work challenging but also never ending

      Cons

      Not the same as it used to be. Management only cares about making money, no longer a family feel as it was. Staff expendable. New manager brought in condescending and vindictive.

      Won well deserved from tribune as best place to work. Responsive management. Patients no employees are the priority

      Dedicated staff that stick around Very caring staff and volunteers Good pay

      Cons

      CEO has to go. Anger issues that are taken out on staff. Leads like a tyrant, board is out of touch and unaware. They keep winning awards for best place to work, but I think people are afraid to be honest about what it’s really like to work there.
