Pros
Lightyear meets the external picture of a truly fast growing and successful startup. No two days are the same and there are things happening continuously. I love most that when I reflect on where we were 12 months ago, 2 years ago etc you see the radical improvements as the race to scale inline with growth continues. The other major plus is the team: Experienced, smart and culturally a great place to work.
Cons
It's not for everyone, it's truly busy, many things don't have owners or processes and you need to optimise your own workflows, relentlessly prioritise and continuously solve things/play whack a mole or the backlog of stuff will pile up.
