Nice people, very flexible, good benefits package

Low salary, raises happen yearly but they barely follow inflation

- nice team and co-workers - good office location

- office workers were all mainly Hungarians, environment it is not International - no company strategy - no employer branding strategy - mid-low salary for Hungary - no opportunities for a salary raise - management was more keen on paying very expensive external agencies / freelancers than on listening to their own employees
