Pros
Great learning/hands-on experience with equipment and clients.
Small staff creates a great work dynamic as everyone is on the same page and communicates well with each other.
With Covid-19 now in the picture, LVR has decreased to smaller staff and taking all needed safety precautions (taking temperature, wearing masks, social distancing, etc.)
About every 2 months the owner buys all employees lunch and we vibe (very nice, and not something that all bosses do).
Location is prime in Midtown Manhattan, very easy to commute in and out of work.
Cons
Be prepared to work, if you're looking for an easy job, this is not for you. When we get swamped, we get swamped, so everyone must be on their A-game.
