Toxic Environment: this is the environment they came from, so this all seems normal to them(I was born in the same environment), They can seem very friendly to your face, but that's all, it's very common to hear co-workers and people in management make fun of their other co-workers in both the Egyptian and the German office(to the degree of insult), during working hours even those who hired them. Taunting, Bullying, Sexist and Racist comments and jokes are also common. I don't recommend attending their socials it's even worse. No Ethics, whether work or otherwise. No respect for Law, don't listen to their legal advice without double checking, because they can be legally incriminating! Smoking in office! Not a single promise were kept, make sure to have any promise in writing, as they don't keep it, they will say this is how we write our contract!! Don't fall for that The management in Egypt letterly have no management experience nor qualification, they also can be very rude and impolite.
