- Plenty of freedom - A handful of good people in the entire company (literally only a handful) - Flexibility - Mileage Reimbursment
Cons
Where do I start - Zero consistency with job roles - Clueless senior management team - Zero career advancement - Absolutely no admin support (which is needed to calculate incentives and provide quotations) Just a nightmare from beginning to end. Heed my warning and avoid this train-wreck
