      Can learn a lot during the experience Friendly work environment Start-up with very innovative ideas Exposure to new technology Transparency about everything The office is easily accessible

      Cons

      Slightly less salary than bigger companies but the amount of learning more than makes up for it. No employee benefits like mediclaim etc yet

      Pros

      A healthy work environment, flexible working hours. The best part is you get to work on a wide range of technologies especially in the field of AR/VR and Virtual Production.

      Cons

      The office internet is not very fast and the AC is really strong. Always need to carry a jacket.
