Pros
Great, positive atmosphere. Lots of different clients all around the world with different chemical and manufacturing process to learn about. Everyone works together to get the job done. Subject matter experts are always willing to help and enjoy teaching. It's a small company so every voice matters and there is plenty of room for growth. Learning new things and taking on new challenges is encouraged.
Cons
It is a small company with lots of unique clients to please so you are expected to perform at a high level very soon after starting. They train the best they can and then present you with real challenging work fairly quickly. Project leads often have multiple projects and are often at different client sites. When they aren't in the office they will usually respond quickly to a message or phone call, but you need to be good at finding solutions on your own. The learning curve is very steep.
