Amazing Experience!! - Mobile Engineer Linaker Employee Review

Had an interview in November 2025; was met by a lovely member of staff, full of smiles and laughter, and greeted in such a way that I knew this was an excellent choice for the role advertised. Was taken upstairs were the interview would be held and was asked if I would like a drink as the person who was going to interview me was still in a meeting. Cut a long story short, I was speaking to 3 staff within 5 mins of arriving, and each one said good luck to me with a smile, and they went their way. Great vibe I got not only from the three staff but also the atmosphere within the offices. All staff looked happy doing their roles, but still talking to one another, which was an incredible sight to see. After my interview, which I thought was fantastic, the young lady who first met me noticed I was leaving and said goodbye, which just confirmed in my mind that if I were offered the role, I would take it up. As the vibe had even more bounce and cohesion within the team

how long have you got? Management downstairs is terrible No clue what's going on with their team or how things are actually done. strange approach from managers to members of their team hours too long changed too much now become awful
