Pros
Money's good - the wage, at least for A2 Assemblers, is really good given that almost no experience is necessary. Exercise - you'll get plenty of it. Maybe too much. Cafeteria food - also a con.
Cons
Frequent injuries; inhumanly short breaks; frequent mandatory overtime; repetitive strain injuries and other injuries from overworking yourself and not adequately resting; conflicts between different levels of the company (engineers, management, factory workers); cafeteria food is varying in quality and is often served too slowly given the amount of workers that want it, resulting in frustration, hungry angry employees, and a demeaning atmosphere where you have two minutes to enjoy a full plate of good food
