Pros
- Great team members in most facilities - Well established - The organization is run like a lean mean machine (see con for more info) - Decent employee benefits - Depending on which plant your at, things could be better or worse
Cons
- Run very lean, lack of support, pay or benefits - work life balance is very poor - Salary 30% under market value - Benefits can be better - Extremely high turnover, no attempt to retain skilled or good employees - Not uniform from one factory to another
