Ridiculously low base pay, company holds commission on sales until their building and their process for getting items billing is held up by the girls at work in your office so unless you spend your whole day tracking down things you need to get paid for the sales you made the month before and not get any new sales that month you can pretty much back on only getting paid 25% of the business you bring in and when you leave you’ll never see those commissions
