Pros

Mon-Friday no weekends, holidays off, PTO is pretty nice.

Cons

Depends on the Center and the people running it, but I'd say a lot of toxic title pride, "I can, but you can't" mentality. Not good for keeping employees. Pay and work load is not balanced, no insensitive to work harder for close to minimum wage beyond "Job security"
