PTO, and benefits are ok

Cons

The most stressful job I have ever had. The expectations kept growing but the pay did not. You are expected to run the whole center while answering phones and completing orders. I felt like I worked in circles almost everyday. They lost several big insurance contracts and were hounding us to push for more money anyway we could. This company is not good and it shows. It's money over patient care. Our center was short staffed and no help in sight. It was a good learning experience but I am thankful I am no longer working under that stress.
