Good health insurance. Decent pay. Average vacation policy.
Cons
So many long-time employees leaving because of pay cuts and additional work load when employees are not replaced. Morale is low, stress is high. Management does not care about employees. Projects that require quite a bit of time are given to employees at the last minute and expected to be completed or changed at the whim of the manager without respect to the employee's schedule. Some managers have told salaried employees that if they leave 15 minutes early, they need to put it down as personal leave.
