Not a good place to work - Customer Service Representative Lincoln Insurance Agency Employee Review

The owners and management are great. This is family owned company. Full time get health insurance and paid off days as well aa holidays. The schedule is pretty flexible. The job is easy. Has a parking lot.

Cheap insurance means ratchet customers. No security. People are never on time and very loud. No cubicles, it is one office with desks everywhere. Old furniture. Old and broken equipment. Poor training. No chance of advancement.

Very poor work environment.... Lack of professionalism from Owner/ Managers
