Everything else. Lindamood-Bell has created unbelievable programs that have the opportunity to help SO MANY. But instead, they only want to help the people that are willing to take out a second mortgage on their home, or take away from a child's college fund. YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO HELP SO MANY AND YET YOU DON'T! It makes me so sad to see. You treat your employees terribly. You don't communicate, people get promotions based on who they know and not the content of their work. Praise your employees when they do good - like you tell them to do with your students. The pay has not been raised for clinicians and consultants in ALMOST 20 YEARS. HOW?!?! These people work so hard and pour their hearts into what they do - and should be compensated for this. All your good employees leave and go and do similar work privately, when will you learn? All the parents reach out to all the employees BEGGING them to do private work. EVERYONE SEES WHAT IS GOING ON. Do good. Open your eyes and see that you have access to help so many, and smart, hardworking people will want to STAY with the company and HELP if you treated them they way they should!
