      Manage your own schedule, free to move work around especially helps if you have external appointments like doctors etc

      There can be a lack of support which can create some frustration

      Pros

      Scheduling is great for day shift schedules.

      Cons

      Can't use just one hour of PTO. Have to use 4 hours at a time. Raises are far a few between and in order to move up, you have to be friends with that group of people.
