      Pros

      Great company, but I found it really hard to fit in as a foreigner. Overtime is converted to vacation. Canteen is very good. Some really good people working there. Once a year an Oktoberfest outing on the company's account!

      Cons

      Salary /workload is below standard I would say, especially considering te cost of living in Munich. Very German and very conservative. The company structure makes it exceptionally difficult to get promotion or develop yourself. Support for non work related issues and employee wellbeing - HR are dead quiet.
