      Financially sound company - steady checks.

      Cons

      Antiquated systems. Lack of unified processes across divisions making it hard to streamline any reporting. Policies not enforced when implementing processes to streamline as a result of reduction in staff yet refusing to increase head count.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
