Incredible, welcoming, and inspiring team

I can’t think of any cons.

flexibility, office, interesting work, cool clients, exposure to lots of projects, fun environment. talented, creative, nice, collaborative and dedicated employees.

inconsistency, emotional and reactive leadership, too much turnover, serious org problems. staff changes and layoffs not handled well. lost clients and laid off almost everyone after 1-2 years of bad luck/bad judgment (take your pick). all of the above came from the top down. ceo was the issue.
