flexible and casual hours, they work around my uni hours well. People seem eager to help and is a friendly environment

Cons

The job of archiving can get a bit tiring and isolating at times. Overall though, it's a very fast and hard working environment to keep up with, which can be a bit sstressful

Good purpose, general friendliness family friendly in the role I'm in, WFH, flexible hours

Cons

biggest company downfall is their inability to invest in its own people. This place is a notorious stepping stone. out of touch senior leadership. ZERO succession planning. Takes advantage of the loyal hard workers.
