Linga has been one of the most disgusting companies I’ve ever had to work for. The software is unreliable, constantly crashing, and full of glitches that disrupt daily operations. Instead of streamlining business, it creates more work and wasted time. Customer service is equally poor responses are delayed, dismissive, and rarely lead to real solutions. Rather than helping resolve problems, they push the responsibility back on the customer. Upper management only makes things worse, showing no accountability, no leadership, and no willingness to listen to those who actually rely on their product. To make matters worse, PNC has shown a complete lack of respect toward us as a company. Their inability to properly recognize or support us has been unprofessional and insulting. Instead of treating us as valued subsidiaries, they have acted with disregard, making the entire experience even more disappointing. Between Linga’s failed software and management and PNC’s disrespect, the entire process has been nothing but a drain of time, money, and energy. Every sales representative has to be a Pathological liar, the worst people in my life.
