      Pros

      Nice environment, space, and people.

      Cons

      No leadership or vision, coming all the way from the top. Leadership team not held liable for poor results. CEO is unpleasant to work with, rude to employees, and even unprofessional at times. No resources to work with. Teams not encouraged to work together, poor communication.

      Pros

      Really smart people, fun and interesting industry, dynamic, allows you to grow, lots of opportunities. Full remote is genuinely full remote with great flexibility.

      Cons

      Very dynamic company that can be challenging depending on your attitude. Love it or hate it!
